There is a simple working definition that helps. If you have never run a real feasibility on a real site, and never carried a real project through a council DA and into the ground, you are a beginner. That is not a judgement. It is just the line.
How much you have read does not change the answer. Years of YouTube videos, podcasts and books are valuable - they make you a well-informed beginner instead of an uninformed one. But they do not move you across the line. Real projects do.
Being a well-informed beginner is the most common starting point we see, and it is the position both the Quiz and the Roadmap are written for. The riskiest version is the one where you do not know you are a beginner - sometimes called the confident-beginner trap. The fix is just knowing where you actually stand.
The fastest way to place yourself honestly is the free 5-minute quiz. It is not a personality test. It surfaces a recognisable profile and tells you the natural next step from where you actually are - not where you assume you are.
Take the free 5-minute Property Developer Quiz to see which profile fits you, and where to go from there.
