Who we are
Property Development Insite is an Australian property development education business operated by Tina Meredith. This policy applies to information collected through this website and our linked tools (the Free Quiz, the Readiness Score, the Feasibility Calculator, and The Property Prequel Roadmap).
What we collect
- Contact details you provide voluntarily (name, email) when you take the quiz, request the Readiness Score, enrol in a course, or contact us.
- Course and tool activity, including answers and results you submit so we can return your score or report.
- Standard website analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) used to understand which articles and tools are helpful.
- Payment information is handled by our payment processor (Systeme.io / Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To deliver the tool, score, course, or response you asked for.
- To send follow-up emails relating to the resource you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To improve our content and tools based on what is and is not useful.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share limited data only with trusted service providers that help us operate the business — email delivery, course hosting, payment processing, and website analytics — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may disclose information where required by Australian law.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us via the contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days.
